-All photos unless otherwise licensed are property and held by Kaelan Harkey Photography
-Shoots re scheduled 24 hours or less from shoot time are subject to $50 dollar
-Failed shoots due to clients un preparedness as well as delayed shoots requiring the photographer to wait or return are subject to a $50 dollar fee
-Kaelan Harkey Photography is not liable for any injury or property damage on site
-Re Bookings less than 24 hours before the desired shoot time must go directly through a person of Kaelan Harkey Photography
-Any appointment over 20 miles from the start point/home of the photographer are subject to .80/per mile charge
-Each client is Allowed two photo revisions for free, after this they are subject to an editing charge by hour.
